Prior to joining Orangetheory, Leslie was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Gold’s Gym Holdings from 2014 to 2016, where she managed and led the Human Resources and Learning and Development Departments. Most of her career has been spent in the health and fitness industry. Prior to joining Gold’s Gym, Leslie served as Senior Vice President for the Rush Fitness Complex from 2013 to 2015, and she was Senior Vice President of Lifestyle Family Fitness for 13 years, from 2000 to 2013. The Tampa, Florida-based company operated in multiple states. Leslie also served as Chief Operating Officer of a Pensacola, Florida-based wellness company for six years. Leslie’s major accomplishments have been in the area of building a team of professionals and creating internal operational processes and procedures that have allowed the various organizations where she worked to experience substantial growth and profitability. She has been instrumental in leveraging technology to allow these organizations the ability to efficiently and effectively manage their human capital. Leslie received her bachelor’s degree in education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She also holds several fitness certifications. She has written several articles in noteworthy journals and has presented at many national conferences and conventions throughout her career. Simon T. Bailey Simon T. Bailey is leader of the SPARK Movement whose purpose is to ignite sustainable transformation in people, individuals, systems, and nations. He understands the pressure leaders and high performers are facing in the midst of uncertainly and equips them with simple, easy-to-implement strategies to accelerate results. Linkedin Learning features three of his online courses that reach professionals in 100 countries. Simon has more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including serving as sales director for Disney Institute, and has worked with more than 1,800 organizations in 47 countries. He has been named one of the top 25 people who will help you reach your business and life goals by SUCCESS magazine, joining a list that includes Brene Brown, Tony Robbins, and Oprah Winfrey. His Goalcast video, released on Facebook, has over 87+ million views worldwide. Simon holds a Master's degree from Faith Christian University and was inducted as an honorary member of the University of Central Florida Golden Key Honor Society. When he is not working, Simon spends quality time with his two active teenagers, roots for the Buffalo Bills, and serves as a board member for the U.S. Dream Academy, Orlando Health Foundation Board, and World Maker International. A 35-year industry veteran with deep operations experience, he joined Orangetheory in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. During David’s tenure, Orangetheory has grown from 150 to more than 1,300 open studios in 24 countries; from 375 to 1,700 licenses sold; from 80,000 to nearly 1 million members; average annual studio revenues topped the $1.1 million mark; and the corporate office has grown from 35 to 205 employees. Vinh Gianga Chief Technology Officer -- With only 6 months to graduate, Vinh Giang left his degree in commerce and law to become an online magic teacher ultimately building a hugely successful online business, 52kards, which now serves over 800,000 students all around the world. This earned him the award of Top Young Entrepreneur in Australia. Vinh Giang’s real magic journey began when he finally understood what Robert Houdin (an amazing magician) meant when he said: “A magician is an actor playing the part of the magician.” Once Vinh understood the meaning behind this quote, he focused all his energy on studying the art of performance and not the art of presentation.
